OSHPN Professional Code of Conducts for members

Agreeing to abide by this Code of Conduct (COC) is mandatory for membership in OSHPN.

  • Online registration for membership is mandatory, requiring the provision of personal information.
  • Membership will be granted exclusively to OSHE professionals.
  • All opinions will be treated with equal respect unless they violate the group's Code of Conduct.
  • We will remain impartial towards similar organizations, groups, or individual members.
  • Unnecessary posts or unrelated information that could create a Conflict of Interest with similar groups/organizations are strictly prohibited.
  • Members are encouraged to consult with the admin before sharing doubtful content.
  • Posting disturbing high graphic content, cursed words, videos, or any other inappropriate media is strictly prohibited.
  • Dedication, passion, enthusiasm, self-respect, self-discipline, high moral standards, and integrity are fundamental requirements for maintaining personal membership.
  • Individuals interested in Human Resources and OSHE are warmly welcomed without any restrictions.
  • This platform is exclusively for individual working professionals in related fields and not for vendors, agencies, or organizational owners.
  • Advertising personal or organizational business activities, as well as any political content not related to OSHE, is strictly prohibited.
  • Members are free to leave the group at any time if they are not interested in being part of the professional team or do not agree with our Code of Conduct.
  • Members who personally provoke others contrary to our mutual respect policy may face warnings or termination from the team.
  • Any member who violates our Code of Conduct will be automatically disqualified, and the admin will terminate their membership immediately.
  • Amendments to the Code of Conduct will be made as necessary, and valid suggestions from members will be welcomed.

As an OSH professional, we must maintain a high level of trust with all stakeholders. We must protect the interests of our stakeholders as well as our professional integrity and should not engage in activities that create actual, apparent, or potential conflicts of interest.

Ethical Leadership

Ethical Leadership OSH Professionals are expected to exhibit individual leadership as a role model for maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct. Work consistent with the values of the profession.
